March 21, 2010 Northeastern College "We Survived" event. Please join us for music that celebrates the survival of our people and music. Entire college event devoted to cultures surviving war and discontent amongst peoples of all nations. Mid-afternoon. May 23, 2010 Please join a few of us who will perform with Orchestra New England at Mishkan Israel in Hamden, CT (scroll down to see the date and then click on the poster/announcement). Program will be a fantastic mix of classical and klezmer WITH ORCHESTRA!

And yes, to answer THE BIG QUESTION: We do simchas! We play parties! We love to be where you are, celebrating with you! The Klezical Tradition Klezmer Band is available for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and celebrations of any kind in various configurations, from strolling musicians for your cocktail hour to a full 7-piece ensemble for that memorable reception. Klezmer is our specialty, with classical and swing standards also available.

January 19, 2009 Inaugural Event!! A weekend-long celebration hosted by Jews4Obama! Jake I will be joined by Jake Shulman-Ment, fiddle, Joel Rubin, clarinet, Rebecca Povodator, piccolo, Reut Regev on trombone, and Rachel Vigour on bass. We will celebrate with Jewish Grassroots Action Network Jewish Grassroots Action Network (JGAN) at Tifereth Israel synagogue in Washington DC. Many events are open to the public!! March 19, 2009 Harmony: Songs & Stories series at Prosser Library, Bloomfield, CT. 7:00 pm. Free and open to the public! We'll be narrating a program of famous klezmer clarinetists through history, with fascinating tales of woe and plenty of humor! This concert features our own phenom clarinetist, Walter Mamlok, who will be joined by founder and leader, Adrianne Greenbaum on accordion and keyboard. Great program for the entire family!!
